Treehouse Foods is recalling Better Goods 12-count griddle waffles with cheddar and protein because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause illness. The recall affects products sold nationwide in the USA and Canada.

Who is at risk

Everyone should be cautious, but pregnant women, young children, older adults, and people with weakened immune systems are at highest risk of serious illness from Listeria.

What to do

Check your freezer for this product using the UPC 194346252763 and do not eat it. Either throw it away or return it to the store where you purchased it. If you've eaten this product and develop symptoms like fever, chills, or muscle aches, contact your doctor.
