What happened

Mann Packing Company is recalling certain Snacking Favorites Cheddar Pretzel Snack Trays because a Sweet Kale Salad Blend component tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause foodborne illness. This is a serious recall (Class I), affecting products distributed in the US, Canada, and Japan.

Who is at risk

Everyone can get sick from Listeria, but people who are pregnant, elderly, very young, or have weakened immune systems are at highest risk for serious complications.

What to do

Check if you have this product by looking for UPC 716519020445 on the package. If you do, do not eat it—throw it away or return it to the store. Wash your hands and any surfaces that may have contacted the product.
