What happened

Rich Products Corp recalled f'real shake base products because the outer packaging incorrectly labeled them as 'Smoothie Base' when they actually contain milk. Some consumers may have purchased these thinking they were getting a milk-free product.

Who is at risk

People with milk allergies or lactose intolerance are at risk if they consumed this product believing it was milk-free.

What to do

If you purchased this product and have a milk allergy or lactose intolerance, do not consume it. Check your freezer for 8 fl oz cups in shrink-wrapped trays with packaging that says 'Smoothie-base' on the outside or 'Shake-base' on the lid, and discard them or contact Rich Products Corp for a refund.
