What happened

Pastry Food Products Inc. is recalling Rellenos de Papa (meat-flavored potato balls) sold in Puerto Rico because the product doesn't have a label listing three ingredients that can cause allergic reactions: yellow #5 food dye, soy protein, and sodium bisulfite. The recall affects 78 boxes containing 20 units each.

Who is at risk

People with allergies or sensitivities to yellow #5 dye, soy, or sodium bisulfite should be concerned, as they could have a reaction without knowing the product contains these ingredients.

What to do

If you purchased this product in Puerto Rico, do not eat it if you have any of these allergies or sensitivities. Return the product to the store where you bought it or contact the manufacturer. Check any similar unlabeled products you may have at home.
