Who is at risk

Everyone who consumed this product is at risk, but people with weakened immune systems, young children, elderly adults, and pregnant women are at higher risk of serious illness from Salmonella.

If you purchased Calvander raw milk cheese from Chapel Hill Creamery between the recall date and now, do not eat it—throw it away or return it to the store. Watch for symptoms like diarrhea, fever, and stomach cramps within a few days, and contact your doctor if you become ill.
