What happened

Some 12-packs of Mug root beer were labeled incorrectly. Cans that say regular Mug on the label actually contain Mug Zero Sugar inside.

Who is at risk

People who need to avoid artificial sweeteners or have specific dietary requirements should be concerned, as well as anyone who deliberately chose regular Mug and got a different product.

What to do

If you purchased a 12-pack of Mug root beer in Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, or Oklahoma since early February, check the label on your can versus what's inside. Contact Pepsico or your retailer if you have a mismatched product, and return it for a refund or replacement.
