ROLF'S Choice Sockeye Salmon is labeled in parts: "***ROLF'S CHOICE***SMOKED ALASKAN SOCKEYE SALMON*** Ingredients: salmon, salt, brown sugar, hardwood smoke***Important: Keep frozen. Thaw under refrigeration immediately before use***". ROLF'S Choice Sockeye Salmon also contains a white sticker stating "***Important Keep Frozen Thaw under refrigeration Prior to consumption***" and "Keep Frozen" sticker on individual units.
