What happened

Kroger recalled certain Boar's Head hummus vegetable platters because they may contain cucumbers that were part of a previous recall due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected platters were prepared in-store and sold in Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.

Who is at risk

Anyone who consumed these platters could potentially be at risk, though young children, elderly people, and those with weakened immune systems are more vulnerable to serious illness from Salmonella.
