What happened

A food safety test found harmful bacteria (Listeria monocytogenes) on a meat slicer at the company that makes FRESH TO YOU Turkey Melt Croissants. About 602 sandwiches may have been affected and were sold in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia.

Who is at risk

While anyone can get sick from Listeria, pregnant women, young children, older adults, and people with weakened immune systems are at higher risk of serious illness.

What to do

If you purchased this product (UPC MGF3032), do not eat it—throw it away or return it to the store. Contact your doctor if you develop symptoms like fever, muscle aches, or gastrointestinal issues.
